Additional information
This camper van is currently only available on property set up. Please note we are extremely flexible with pets being off leash although we would make it know during summer it is peak season for snakes we have seen healthy king browns and red belly blacks although they are generally no issue but be mindful of animals off leash in bushland areas. Motorbikes - the can be used ONLY off property no on property riding is available. The location backs onto state forest if you have a permit you can go out for hours - be mindful of horse riders in the area. STRICTLY NO GUNS PERMITTED. Our main area is currently under construction but trust me you won’t see or hear anything from where the camper is set up in pure serenity.
Hiring rules
- No smoking inside camper
- Pets are allowed although additional cleaning fee.
- We need to be notified of the total group stay.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
