  • By booking this motorhome, you agree to the following:
  • Drivers: Minimum age 25, full unrestricted licence. Only approved drivers may drive.
  • Use: No offroad, beach, sand, mud, unsealed roads, festivals, racing, towing, or commercial use.
  • Driving: Obey road rules. No aggressive driving. Report any warning lights or issues immediately.
  • Smoking & Pets: No smoking or vaping. Pets only if preapproved.
  • Occupancy: Maximum passengers as per seatbelts only.
  • Cleaning: Return clean inside, toilet emptied/cleaned, grey water emptied, rubbish removed. Extra fees apply if not.
  • Fuel & Costs: Return with same fuel level. Guest pays fuel, tolls, fines, and infringements.
  • Damage: Any damage, accidents, or faults must be reported immediately. Guest responsible for excess and interior damage.
  • Cooking & Gas: Use appliances safely, ventilate, gas off while driving, follow fire bans.
  • Roof & Mods: No roof access or modifications unless approved.
  • Return: Late returns incur extra charges. No refunds for early return.
  • This motorhome is for responsible, relaxed travel only and not suitable for parties or festivals.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
