Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

They were also flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which made everything much easier for us. The vehicle was exactly as described and the whole process was smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Jack 5.0Stan was great for our little trip in Tasmania came with everything that was needed and the bed is one of the most comfortable Ive used in a campervan. Gordons communication was great and he was super accommodating in terms of collection and drop off! Would definitely recommend Stan for any future rentals visiting the area.
