- Standard pickup is from 14:00 on the first day of your booking, with dropoff at 14:00 on the final day.
- Pickup and return times may be flexible by prior arrangement β please just ask when making your booking and Iβll do my best to accommodate.
- π« Driving Rules:
- The van is approved for travel within an approximate 250 km radius. This includes destinations such as Cairns, the Atherton Tablelands, Port Douglas, the Daintree Rainforest, Cape Tribulation, Babinda, Mission beach and more. Travel beyond this range requires prior approval.
- No driving on 4WDonly tracks
- No offroad river crossings
- No unsealed roads
- No driving at night in wildlifedense areas π¦
- No alcohol or drugs when driving
- Only listed drivers may operate the vehicle
- β½ Fuel / Mechanical Care
- Comes with full tank of Diesel please make sure to return full to avoid fees.
- Do not drive with warning lights on
- Renters must stop immediately if overheating or unusual noise occurs

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
