The caravan has 2 x 110 litre water tanks (will be filled with filtered rain water for hire) and 1 x 95 litre grey water tank. Hot water is on either gas or electric. Fridge runs on gas, electric or battery. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

Hiring rules

• No smoking or vaping inside the van.
• Only authorised hirers/guests — no subletting or rehiring through third parties.
• Please don’t cook inside the van. Use the outdoor cooking facilities provided (or site BBQs) to avoid smells, smoke, grease and fire hazards.
• The van must not be used for any illegal, hazardous or commercial activities.
• Respect local laws, noise restrictions, and campground/property rules.
• We will deliver and set up the van for you — you do not need to tow or move it.
• On delivery, any faults or damage must be reported immediately. If you notice something wrong, let us know.
• On collection, the van should be returned in the same condition as when received (clean, tidy, with all kitchen items, outdoor chairs, etc.). Excessive mess or untidiness may incur a cleaning fee.
• All food spills, crumbs and rubbish must be cleaned up promptly.
• All dishes, utensils and cookware must be washed, dried and returned to their storage locations.
• All rubbish must be removed, and all consumables provided must be treated with care.
• The toilet waste cassette must be emptied and cleaned using the products provided before collection, unless prior arrangements have been made for a paid toiletcleaning service.
• The awning must be retracted/packed away when unattended, overnight, or when windy/wet weather is forecast.
• Lock the van and secure all doors and windows when leaving the site unattended.
• Minimum hire periods apply during seasonal periods.
• Notify us immediately if any damage, breakages or issues occur during your stay.
• You will be liable for any damage caused during the hire beyond reasonable wear and tear.
• If you fail to report damage or return the van in an unacceptable condition (cleanliness, waste, missing items), additional charges (cleaning, repair or replacement) may apply.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
