Additional information

We supply linen, chairs, tables, outdoor mat and basic pantry which consists of tea, coffee, sugar, S&P, cooking oil, paper towel, 2 rolls toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, cling wrap & alfoil & washing powder for 2 washes. There are wine and sparkling glasses, along with stubbie holders. Please note that the caravan itself is 19.5ft but the overall length from tow bar to the back of the pelican boxes is 26.5ft (some caravan parks require this extra info). If you require the van delivered to a location more than 35km from Meadowvale, we may be able to accomodate this, if time permits.

Hiring rules

We want every hire to be a smooth and enjoyable experience! To keep our caravan in tiptop condition:
No smoking inside the van, please.
Toilets & Waste Tanks: Please empty and flush before returning or a $100.00 fee will be charged via Camplify.
Rubbish: Take all rubbish with you or dispose of it appropriately.
Return Condition: Please return the van clean, as you received it.
Ensure ceiling vents are open when cooking
Ensure ceiling vents and affected windows are closed when raining
• WHAT IS A SERVICE FEE? The fee is a small contribution towards our costs of each hire including things like; kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, gas, washing of linen, prehandover clean and safety check.
We really appreciate your help keeping the van ready for the next adventure!

Hirer must be 24 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $120.00 per day
Service fee: $40.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van was clean and comfortable and an ideal size for a couple. Everything on board was in working order. Lee-Ann and Ian (the owners) were easy to deal with and our communication was excellent. We had the van delivered, set up, packed up and removed from the site by the owners so I cant comment about the on-road operation. This was our first Camplify experience and we were very happy.
