Special towing information
The drag bar of the camper is at regular car tow ball height. Cars with additional suspension, or above average wheels may need to flip their tongue around or access a tongue with an additional drop down level. Electric brake controller available upon request at an additional cost of $20 per booking. - EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside/ NO pets
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Cleaning products supplied. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- FESTIVALS must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Derek 5.0Fantastic little camper which was a massive step up from tenting for our family of 5. Pat was extremely helpful walking me through how everything operated and was more than accommodating on pickup and drop off. The 3-way fridge/freezer kept us going throughout the trip and we even surprised the kids with ice cream & icy poles on 30+ days. Highly recommended!
Jonathan 5.0This was our first camping trip with our toddler and overall it was resounding success predominately due to the camper. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great trip. It made the trip more like 'glamping' than camping, having access to power through the battery and solar charger, water on tap and a fridge/freezer. Steph and Pat were great hosts and provide so many extras such as a large table, bench seats, all crockery etc, so that we didn't have to worry about bringing them. We would definitely recommend the camper and absolutely recommend hiring this through Steph and Pat.
