Hiring rules
- HIRING RULES:
- Strictly NO SMOKING inside the vehicle
- • No Pets
- • No off road
- • No Drugs
- • No cleaning seafood inside
- • Toilet and Grey water must be emptied.
- • Van will be handed over with full tank of diesel and must be returned with full tank. If not, refill will be charged at $3.50 per/lt.
- • 200 kms per day allowance. Additional km’s travelled will be charged at .50 cents per km.
- • Customers are encouraged to check and/or take photos of the van.
- • Fresh water tank must be full on return with drinkable water.
- • No driving off road or on sand. If driven penalties will apply.
- • Any damage must be reported to the owner straightaway.
- • No driving near tree branches to avoid scratches.
- • No parking under low or loose tree branches to prevent damage to the motorhome.
- • Handbrake must be engaged every time when stationary.
- • All windows must be closed and fully locked before driving.
- • No dints or damage to the interior or fees will apply for all damages or missing items.
- • Hirer must clean inside and outside of the Motorhome before returning. A cleaning fee of $150.00 will apply if dirty.
- • If requested, cleaning can be arranged for $150.00. Please request on pick up.
- Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
