- To ensure a safe, enjoyable trip for you and future renters, please follow these rules:
- 1. Age & Licence
- Minimum age: 25 years
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence
- 2. Driving & Roads
- 🚗 Drive on sealed roads only
- Observe road rules and speed limits
- Avoid offroad, sand tracks, or unsealed paths unless agreed in advance
- 3. Smoking & Pets
- 🚭 No smoking inside Bessi
- 🐾 Pets allowed only with prior approval
- 4. Battery & Appliances
- ⚡ Follow instructions for inverter, lights, fan, coffee machine, and fridge
- Do not leave the battery flattened – recharge by driving or using sun exposure if needed
- 5. Gas & Water
- 🔥 Follow the gas stove instructions for safe use
- 💧 Use water pump and tank responsibly – don’t overfill
- 6. Cleaning & Return
- Bessi must be returned in the same condition as pickup
- ✅ Clean surfaces, empty wet clothes bucket, wash dishes
- Fuel tank topped up
- All included gear returned
- 7. Safety
- Always fasten seatbelts while driving

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Danielle 5.0Needed a van last minute due to a cancellation from another company and Liam was super helpful and quick to reply, I put in the request and was able to pick up the car the next day. The handover was easy and the van had everything I needed for a week of travelling, its very spacious, clean and was good on fuel. I had no issues at all and would 100% hire again.
Bruce 5.0Van has all you need.well decked out. Able to stand inside Bed comfortable. Older manual van but drives very well. Good value.
