'Frankie', our very much loved pop-up Franklin micro caravan! Well cared for and lovingly maintained, it's the perfect travel companion, and you can even bring your pet! It's small enough to take anywhere, big enough to feel comfortable. Comes with all the essentials for your trip, fridge/freezer, gas stove, hot and cold water, comfortable double bed (including bedding), cafe-style dinette, storage space, microwave, grill, outside shower, awning, fan, custom alloy storage at the front, Elecbrakes (wireless electric brakes that work through your phone, no need for brake controller), gas boyonet fitted to the outside for your BBQ, extra 100ltr water tank that has been professionally made and fitted under the floor and fly nets on the windows. Has an external 240 power source connection for powered campsites and 2 x gas bottles.
Comes with a portable toilet and privacy tent.
Comes with kettle, tea and coffee, and a few games.. Perfect for weekends and escapes - ideal for couples or solo travellers who want a no-stress adventure.

- Hiring Rules
- 🚫 NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads / UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. IF there is evidence of unapproved unsealed driving a $300.00 fee will apply for thorough undercarriage damages inspection by a qualified mechanic.
- 🚬 No smoking inside the van
- 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in the same condition it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside and outside as it was on pickup, with all equipment used cleaned and stored away properly, fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will be charged if the van is not brought back clean.
- 🦍 DAMAGE Please be gentle with the fitout and any delicates such as curtains. Please report any and all damage and we
- can work together to get to a fair outcome. I take pride in my van and expect it to be treated well there is a 'you break it, you pay for it' policy. If you are gentle with the equipment, you won't have issues with damage!
- Awning 💨🌬️ If the awning is used, it must be tensioned down with the provided tie down kit and have 2 pegs in each awning foot. If there is ever a doubt in windy conditions, its always best to take down the awning because they are very expensive to replace.
- Water hoses MUST be emptied before being stored away in the van.
- Toilet cassette to be emptied and cleaned out.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
