For hygiene reasons the use of the washer dryer is NOT permitted. The washer dryer is for use by the owner only.
Hiring rules
- No smoking.
- Do not leave hot water system on when not in use.
- No naked flame permitted underneath the awning under any circumstances.
- Wheel chocks must remain under wheels at all times when parked.
- Use of washer dryer is not permitted for hygiene reasons.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
