* Towing Mirrors must be used & are available for hire (additional fee) * Driver/hirer to be over 25 years * The connector from Van to Vehicle is a 7/12 Pin Flat Plug. * Caravan is fitted with Electronic Anti-Sway Stability Control for Safer Towing. This means it senses what the car and caravan is doing and adjusts automatically for a safer ride for you & your family. * EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Additional information
Air conditioning, microwave, picnic table & camp chairs, Clarion Bluetooth sounds system, 24 inch tv inside, plus loads more extras just ask or select. Pickup times are usually in the mornings between 7:00-8:30am due to work commitments or I can do afternoons between 3:00-6:00pm. Drop off is anytime before 7:00pm, contact prior with an ETA please. For Delivery bookings this will need to be discussed prior to the day
Hiring rules

- No linen supplied, mattress protectors provided
- No offroad
- Pets welcome but hirer liable for damages caused.
- Minimum delivery fee $100.00
- Contact us to quote for delivery up to 100km.
- Delivery over 100km on request
- Van must be cleaned inside and out prior to return.
- $200.00 sanitation fee will be charged if toilet cassette is not empty/cleaned.
- Up to $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if van is not cleaned on return.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jami-lee 5.0The van was well equipped with everything we needed for our two week hire. Super comfortable and spacious, the layout worked great for our family and everything worked as it should. We had 1 week booked on a non powered site, but still enjoyed the comfort of hot showers, lighting and a good size fridge thanks to off grid set up! We will definitely hire again from Dale.
