Special towing information
Purpose fitted Mitsubishi Triton 5 seater ute also available for hire. Hitch is for the Hayman Reese that easily connects to the coupling on the Fifth Wheeler. Four wheel drive, electric brakes that interface with the van for the simplest of towing. If you've never towed a van before, a fifth wheeler doesn't require load to be stored and evenly balanced over the vans wheels. The connection directly onto the ute means there is no towing swing often seen with items being incorrectly stored in a caravan. Reversing camera screen shows 2 camera views, back of the ute and/or back of the van for extra safety when backing or positioning van.

Two x 120Amp Hour AGM Batteries. Fridge fan temperature control keeps the 3 Way fridge nice and cold – runs for up to 3 weeks on one 9kg gas bottle! No need for a generator. 180W Solar panel, solar controller and battery charger easily keep the batteries topped up – LED lighting throughout. Additional 160w foldout solar panel connects via Anderson plug. Gas 20 litre Hot Water System. 10 metre grey water hose connection to grey water dump point or the 170 litre grey water tank for off grid option Fresh water fill and mains pressure inlet. External hot/cold shower. (only really an option for hosing off sand etc) 240VAC Air conditioner (When connected to mains power). 180l Tropical rated, Gas/240VAC/12Vdc fridge/freezer. Still have ice cream (off-grid) on the hottest of days because of perfect ventilation and fan assisted heat control at the back of the fridge. One 9kg lasts up to three weeks! 240volt A/C, Microwave induction oven (When connected to mains power). Indoor shower & basin. Queen size bed in nose cone with loads of side storage with a privacy curtain to close off. Bed nose cone has extra insulation. Wardrobe and storage space inside and out. The lounge/dining features a drop-down table to convert the area into a queen size bed. Features a dining table that can be half size or full size table and equally removed to store and allow greater use of the seating area to laze back and watch a movie or smart TV viewing. Small collapsible bucket 'washing machine' good for small items, sock, underwear, t-shirts etc.

- Instruction sheet provided for hirer to empty cartridge of toilet. For insurance purpose, if also hiring the ute to enable hirer to up & move, driver must be over 25yo (insurance requirement).

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Floris 4.5We had an amazing time and traveled for 10 weeks in total. The caravan is a bit dated, though overcomplete regarding supplies. It gave us shelter, brought us where we wanted and supported us over 18.000 km. We found difficulty in driving backwards and sometimes the hitching. Though we managed and did OK. Alan is a great guy and everytime, when there was a problem or we had a question he was there. Helpt us, called or send us information. You can book a moterhome or rent a caravan from bigger companies. But I'll garantee you will never have the service Alan gave us. The bed sleeps great and the aircon has very nice, especially when it's hot. Thank you for the great time and service Alan!

Alfred 5.0In one word..Fantastic!...Alan was so generous and the van was well kitted out with lots of stuff such as electric blankets, heaters, barbeque sets, etc even though we did not use them during our holidays...Alan is extremely good in communications and has a genuine heart to help people...can't wait to take it on our next holiday!
Ross 4.8Harvey was great. Towing him with Alans ute was a breeze and he is packed with everything you need. The bed was very comfy and even had an electric blanket for the chilly nights. We spent 3 weeks travelling in Winter so it was great to have that luxury. I would highly recommend hiring harvey.
