Hiring rules

• Absolutely NO smoking or Vaping allowed in the van
• EMERGENCY: If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 133 They call the NRMA
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it IMMEDIATELY details of who, what, were and when will be required.
• TOWING MIRRORS are required by hirer
• CLEANING return the caravan in clean condition how you received it, unless you have selected cleaning as an additional extra on your booking. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge at $50.00 per hour.
• UNSEALED roads and beach driving must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• TOILET The toilet MUST be empty and cleaned prior to returning or an additional $100.00 cleaning fee will be incurred.
• AWNING The awning MUST be retracted in windy conditions or if van is going to be left unattended. Antiflap bars must be used during periods of heavy rain to ensure proper drainage away from roof of awning.
• The caravan is equipped with GPS tracking.
• Hirer must be 27 years of age or older.

  Great van and smooth experience dealing with owners Tony and Chelsea. All questions were answered, van was as described, kept clean and to a high standard. It made our trip one to remember

  The caravan was clean and modern, with plenty of equipment even though we didnt use most of it, everything youd need for camping was there. Tony was friendly and explained everything clearly, and when we contacted him after arriving at the campsite with a question, he replied very promptly. If youre looking for a newer, well-kept caravan rather than one of the older ones around the same price range, Id highly recommend this one.

  We had a wonderful experience hiring this caravan and couldnt be happier. The setup was excellent, and for our family, comfort is essential. The beds and bedding were honestly some of the best weve ever had while travelling. We did have a couple of small hiccups along the way, but the owners were fantastic, quick to respond and even came out to us when we couldnt resolve the issue ourselves. Everything was sorted promptly and didnt impact our trip at all. Great communication, great comfort, and a great overall experience. Highly recommend.
