PLEASE READ ME! You’ll hopefully find the answers to some of your questions below. PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES: 8am - 5:30pm. We appreciate your punctuality. PICK-UP: Please allow an hour for the initial handover at pick-up. We do recommend you arrive at your destination BEFORE it gets dark to setup your campsite. It's no fun having to set up something new in the dark. DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION: Murray Caravans offers deliveries up to 300kms from our Thurgoona location. The charge for this service is $1.50 per Km. The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and collection. ie. If the delivery destination is 100kms then the charge would be $300.00. The fee does also include set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. Please also note that delivery is subject to the availability of drivers. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? The service fee includes gas for the vans and maintenance. The service fee DOES NOT cover cleaning the interior of the van, emptying the toilet or cleaning mud, sand or salt off the van. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior + exterior), you can opt to pay the $99.00 'clean the van for me' option. If the toilet is not clean and emptied, there will be a $99.00 toilet cleaning fee applied. If traveling outback (with approval) all red dirt must be cleaned from the Rv or 'outback clean' option must be selected. If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. The service fee is not negotiable. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable. INSURANCE: All Murray Caravans are comprehensively insured. Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused from off-road use. The minimum age to tow or drive any Murray Caravans is 25, with the standard liability (excess) being at $150.000 (equal to the bond). Please contact Camplify on Ph 1300 416 133 to discuss various options to reduce this liability if you wish.

  We hired Murrays Jayco Expanda for a trip to Mount Beauty and had an awesome time! It rained during our stay but we stayed completely dry and cozy. The van was spacious, easy to tow, and super comfortable. Murray was great to deal with friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
