Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Oliver 5.0Very good experience overall. Renee and Nik were very nice and easy to communicate with. The bed was quite comfy. No mechanical or electrical issues with the van. It can struggle a bit uphill, though. It would have been awesome to have a second (cereal)bowl and a cloth line. The kitchen knife needs sharpening. Good for the price, no regrets at all.
