Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Madeline 5.0We had a great time in Brads Van. Its as new so in great condition, very clean and well equipped. Auto roof and awning worked well and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen experience. The main bed is super comfy and the kids loved the bunks. Brad was great to deal with. He gave us a good handover and was responsive on the phone when we needed help. The van is pretty self explanatory. Highly recommend.
