*********SERVICE FEE********** • Covers pre-hire hand overs, gas bottle top ups, and general inspections and tests • Please be aware that this is not cover for cleaning the van, if you would like the van cleaned then please select that option when booking or please return the van cleaned as it was received • Mattress protectors are included as standard and linen can be included if selected. • Linen items included with additional charge are; sheet sets , blanket, pillows and pillow covers. • Extra cleaning fee $150.00 if van not cleaned thoroughly inside and out and $50.00 for toilet & grey water to be emptied • EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the NRMA. • DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. • Strictly NO SMOKING. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fee. • Starting supply of LPG is included in the hire fee. • No cooking inside • Empty grey water tank before returning • Van must be returned in the same condition as when received. Food stuffs and perishable items are to be removed prior to vacating and return inspection reports completed. • The caravan will be clean and hygienic on pick-up and to be the same when returned, within reason pickup and return can be arranged but return needs to be no later than 4-5pm

Hire Fee: From $110.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
