Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Selene 4.3The van was the perfect accomodation and transport for my trip around Exmouth and surrounds. Unfortunately my hire was cut short due to some unforeseen mechanical issues, but Shaul really helped organise assistance quickly and was quick to offer a refund for the nights unused.
Lachlan 5.0Our trip to Exmouth was practically saved by this van. Shaul and Jaime helped us out big time and did us a favour by allowing us to use Beluga. The van had a great layout, the fridge being accessible inside the cabin is a major bonus. It felt very homely and spacious. The communication with the hosts was exceptional, they responded in a quick and timely manner to any questions we had. They also suggested many spots to us which helped us to see baby turtles hatching!!!
