Please bring your own linen: pillows, blankets/quilts, sheets. One queen size bed, 2 single bunks. If your child is prone to bed wetting please bring a waterproof sheet to protect the mattresses. Please bring your own camp chairs. A fold up outdoor table is included. All cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans and a kettle are supplied in the van. A barbecue is included, it slides out in the front tunnel boot. There is loads of storage for clothing, food etc. Glass containers are not recommended. Please bring dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Scourers and sponges are supplied. Feel free to bring a coffee maker or other home appliance if using 240 volt power only. Off grid does not support home appliances. Remember when using high voltage appliances to only use one at a time. The circuits are not designed to run various high voltage appliances at once. 12/240 volt TV is supplied. There is a roof antenna for free to air, and most streaming services are installed on the tv, you just need wifi from your phone or caravan park, and an account to use those services. There is a bluetooth stereo/radio and internal and external speakers. A microwave is included, only be used on 240 volt power.

Hiring rules

• Delivery policy We can deliver to site, within 100km of Perth metro.
• The charge is $2.00 per kilometre, each way for pick up and delivery. We can only deliver and pickup on weekends, public holidays or Christmas holidays, so your hire dates must take that into consideration. We are somewhat flexible with delivery and if we can accommodate you we certainly will, so please get in touch to negotiate dates, times etc. for delivery and pickup. You must meet us onsite to participate in handover on day of hire / delivery.
• No smoking in van.
• Pets allowed.
• If using the included cassette toilet, it MUST be emptied in an approved dump point and rinsed prior to returning the van. Failure to empty the cassette toilet after using it will incur a $150.00 cleaning and emptying fee.
• Semioff road ONLY, the weight of this van is not suited to 4WD areas.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
