Hiring rules
- Please let us know your towing vehicle, your planned travel route, the number and ages of travellers, and your level of towing experience.
- Strictly no smoking in or around the caravan.
- No offroad travel.
- Please treat our caravan with care and return it to us in the same condition as you receive it— it’s our home on the road, and we’re happy to share it with your family.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
