Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sean 5.0Awesome van in almost brand new condition. Holly was great in the handover and gave us all the info we needed to have an awesome getaway.

Glen 1.5Awning was broken and with a tear in the canvas meaning it leaked quite a lot in the rain. There were no instructions given for the annex, only a Facebook video of the awning with one of the annex walls on. One of the included camp stretchers was still full of sand from the last person who used it. Didnt bother to check the other one. As a result, it wasnt fit for a family of 4 to use as advertised. When these issues were raised with the owner the response was dismissive and condescending. Nice van though. I wouldnt personally recommend hiring this one, but if you see another one, go for it.
