Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Thea 4.8Van was great and some minor issues were communicated to us in advance so we could decided they werent going to impact our use. Only comment is that the van could use an external clean!
Ruth 5.0Great weekend away at Strawberry fields festival with the van. It accommodated all of our needs and Voyagin were super helpful and responsive on any questions we had. Would definitely book again.
Andrew 4.5The van was basic, but very functional. Had everything you need for a weekend away. There were a couple of little problems with the doors and missing cushions, but they gave us a discount and we're great at communication so we know what to expect. All in all, really easy going, simple, and no fuss.
Eliza 5.0Loved Frankie! Voyagin were super responsive and helpful, especially when we had last minute change of plans. Surprisingly well outfitted and easy to drive, would definitely hire Frankie again!
