Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Had a great time, was a great set up and provided everything we could have needed for our camping holiday. Josh was excellent at communicating, made himself available during Christmas if we had issues with set up/pack down (which we didnt) and sent videos that showed detailed set up to make it easier for us. Would absolutely book again.

    Amazing Camper Trailer. Very well fitted out. Solar Panels kept the batteries charged OK. Enjoyed the camping immensely.
