Hiring rules

  • No smoking in van or on outdoor Mats
  • No fires under or near the awning
  • No wet feet on floors
  • Please no frying inside a bbq is provided
  • If you use the toilet cassette it must be emptied or a $50.00 charge will apply
  • Excessive dirt or mess will incur a $50.00 cleaning fee
  • Please notify any damage issues asap
  • Hirer must be 76 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Michael was a great host, van was great, super comfortable! Easy to deal with & great communication. No complaints at all, only thing to mention needed a brief wipe over, had a bit of smell in the van, only used for sleep for us, so the fridge & bathroom werent used, easy to wipe over. Would 100% recommend & would use again. Thanks Michael & family for allowing us to use your home on wheels!
