Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Paul 5.0We had the best time with Brian's Jayco Eagle. It was clean, tidy and well organised. Very easy to tow and manoeuvre. Brian is great to deal with. Great communication and provided printed detailed instructions along with a demonstration on pickup. Brian was also very accommodating with pick up and drop off times and attentive with post pick up questions. I would highly recommend Brian's Eagle and we will book with Brian again.
