Hiring rules
- Pick up & drop off is from Wallagoot 12 minutes from Bega NSW
- There is secure parking available on our property if you would like to leave a vehicle
- Pick up any time from 8am
- Drop off by 2pm
- Please return the van with a full tank of diesel ( the van will have a full tank upon pickup)
- Pleas note that there is a shower but NO toilet
- No pets allowed
- Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200kms a day average.
- Anything over will be charged at a rate of 50cents per kilometer at the completion of the trip from your bond. This is to prevent damage and to maintain a great vehicle.
- No festivals
- Clean the equipment you use, please take all of your ruvish with you. Excessive cleaning will incur the Extra Product cleaning fee of $200.00 deducted from the bond.
- The van has a full battery and solar system that means it can run off the grid, however it must be taken on sealed roads only ( No off road driving)
- Tolls to be calculated on return of the van and deducted from your bond.
- Hirer and any driver must be 23 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
