Hiring rules
- Hirer must return our caravan clean (inside & out) as it was collected. With all items washed and packed away where they belong otherwise a $200.00 cleaning fee will apply.
- Hirer must return the van with the toilet casette emptied and rinsed otherwise an additional $200.00 cleaning fee will apply.
- No Smoking inside the van
- Please report any and all damage.
- Please don't leave the van unlocked.
- Please don't leave the awning unattended.
- Electric brakes can be rented out for $50.00 per booking
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
