I am NOT taking anymore bookings as my caravanning up for sale. Thank you Super clean Caravan- our little peace of paradise. "FLOW" is perfect if you have a family and/or pets, but lovely for couples or friends as well. It can sleep up to 5 people. It has a double east west bed, convertible seating area which can sleep one adult or two children, and a single leather couch that converts to a bed. It offers all the amenities you need. Air condition, Fridge/freezer, bathroom with toilet, TV, Awning and indoor gas/electric cooking and microwave. We also have an Annex, however to be honest, we have never set it up. The Caravan includes portable solar panels to recharge the battery, so it can be used off grid, however I feel the Van is best suited for staying in a Caravan park connected to water and power. The solar panel will give you light, but no 240V appliances, so no PowerPoints to charge your phone etc…. We provide all kitchen equipment required as well as camping chairs and table at a small extra fee. The Linen hire of $50 includes towels, so there is nothing to bring but your clothes. The Caravan is very well insulated and hence ideal for winter camping too. You have everything you need to enjoy a camping adventure.

Special towing information

I do prefer renting the caravan for delivery bookings. Since this Van is a long time dream come true for me, I will only consider towing arrangements with people who have previous experience in towing Caravans and have a solid car proven to pull the ATM weight. Thank you for understanding. The Caravan is very light with only 1174 Tare weight.

Additional information

Even though "FLOW" has an optional shower, I would highly recommend to use Caravan Park facilities whenever possible. The Water tank is only 20L and the entire bathroom gets wet when the shower is used. Due to the nature of a toilet cassette, we only use the toilet when absolute necessary for no ones only : ), but that is up to you. My Retreat must be returned clean, with an empty toilet cassette, otherwise an extra charge will be due. Definitely NO SMOKING in or near the Caravan.

The Caravan must be returned clean, with an empty toilet cassette.
Whilst we are happy to host your animals, we ask that they stay off the bed and that you thoroughly clean any mess or accidents.
Please treat our Van the way you would like us to treat yours. Courtesy is a nice habit
Feel free to contact me if you would like to book the van for a shorter period than the minimum hire period, or if you want it delivered a little further there are times when I can be flexible.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $85.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00
Delivery fee: $1.00 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Had a wonderful stay in Flow. It was clean and had everything we needed, the large fridge was perfect. Mona was lovely and very easy to communicate with. We arrived on site and Mona had everything set up ready to go, so easy.

It was great to arrive at our destination to find Mona had set up the caravan alreadylevelled, water, electricity and drainage all connected and outdoor table and chairs arranged. Likewise upon our checkout Mona arrived on time to remove the van from our powered site. Mona was friendly and welcoming. Thanks Mona for entrusting us with Flow your beautiful home away from home.

We spent 4 days in Flow at Crescent Head. The van was perfect for our needs with everything in the van to have a comfortable holiday. Mona was lovely and communicated all the important information to ensure the van was setup properly especially with the awning, as they can be tricky to put out and in if you have never done it before. We will happily book Flow again.
