Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We hired Extreme RV and had it delivered to my sons place for us to sleep in over the Christmas period. The mattress was a bit hard for us, so we put a doona and blanket on the mattress to soften it, that did the trick. The aircon is a bit noisy, but that drowned out the traffic noise for us. It did get too cold at night and we had to turn it off, so it works very well. The van was perfect for our needs.

    Peter is very approachable and friendly. We had a wonderful time using his van. The shower and toilet came in very handy as we camped off grid. We only found out on day 2 the Thetford toilet seat swivels to give you more room when sitting down! lol Everything worked as it should and we loved the larger fridge/freezer combo! Awning was a breeze to put up and take down. The van is easy to tow and Peter provided us with an electric brake controller. We did have an issue with this and Peter took it onboard. He really wants you to enjoy time away in his van. We thought not having crockery, cutlery or utensils provided would be a negative, however, we found not needing to worry about breaking or losing someone elses things, and using our own instead, was a big relief! There are plenty of cupboards onboard. Lots of windows that all work and a/c although we didnt need to use it. Peter was also very flexible with pick up and drop off times which we really appreciated! We will not hesitate to hire from Peter again! A big 10/10 from us
