Hiring rules

• Approval for all unsealed roads must be confirmed via Camplify messages as required by insurance.
• For approval to travel off sealed roads, please review the insurance exclusion terms and conditions.
• All damages must be reported upon return of the camper and as soon as possible.
• Please, no bait or fish in the fridge otherwise a fee for professional cleaning will apply
• As the drain hose is plastic, please don't pour boiling/hot water into the kitchen sink!
• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
• No smoking, vaping or incense (or anything involving naked flames, including candles) inside the van.
• CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

  Martin was fantastic to communicate with and did a very thorough handover. We had an absolutely wonderful holiday with the OP4. Could not recommend hiring through Martin highly enough. First rate experience.

  We had some hiccups but Martin was very available to help troubleshoot. Would hire again.

  Martin was great to deal with. Very responsive and handover was easy. The camper had some issues and requires some general maintenance. Various sockets didnt work. The gas stove, whilst working, took a very long time to heat up anything, suggesting that it wasnt working at full capacity. The air beam on the annexe developed a split and when I raised it with Martin when I returned it, he advised that he knew of it and was in the process of replacing it. This split meant that we didnt have any sun shade for 6 days of the 16 day hire. The rear water tank wasnt connected to the pump, so you had to manually transfer water from front to rear to then use in the sink. With some maintenance, this will be a good camper again. Thanks

  Martin gave us the van a day early so we could get going on our trip straight after work which is an automatic five stars from me. There were some minor maintenance issues with the lights and the bbq but nothing we couldn't deal with and unfortunately the annex was damaged the week before so we got a bit wet in Dwellingup as there wasn't time for the replacement parts to arrive. Martin was upfront about the issues and offered to let us cancel the booking but honestly we loved the Opus and Id book it again. It's a delight to tow compared to a caravan, has nearly everything you need, was clean and dry and there is so much space inside and it's heaps easier than a traditional camper to set up.

  Great camper to set up and pack down. Martins handovers was perfect. No poles and only 2 pegs for awning! For tall campers (>182cm), be aware the double beds are quite short but some carefully rearranged cushions at the rear bed made it possible to sleep sideways in a king configuration.
