Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

It was raining the whole weekend but it did not matter one bit because I was so toasty warm, dry and super comfortable in my van which made my whole experience even better. Leo was super helpful throughout the whole booking, picking up, dropping off process. Cant recommend Leo and DonoVan enough. The van had everything I could possible need as easy to drive. Cant wait for my next DonoVan adventure.

Leo was also very helpful and he went above and beyond when we had an issue with the annex (our fault) and he came and fixed it for us. I highly recommend Leo and Donovan!
Sara 5.0We hired this van for 5 days while travelling from Byron Bay up into Queensland, and honestly, we couldnt have asked for a better experience. The van was incredibly comfortable, easy to drive, and had everything we needed for the trip. It made travelling between stops feel effortless, and having everything set up meant we could just relax and enjoy the journey. Whether we were on the road or parked up for the night, it felt like a little home away from home. It was also clear that a lot of thought had gone into the setup! Everything was practical, well-maintained, and easy to use. That made a huge difference, especially when youre moving around a lot. We absolutely loved our time with it and wouldnt hesitate to hire it again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and stress-free way to travel!
