Special towing information
Your tow vehicle MUST be legally allowed to tow the weights please ensure you check before making a booking or contact us if you are unsure. Please carefully plan your trip before booking to ensure you wont be travelling on any unsealed roads & van is able to clear any low bridges/over passes. Tow vehicle will be inspected & drivers ability to operate caravan will be assessed upon picking up caravan & will not be hired unless meets the above the legal requirements, manufacturers specifications & is at owners discretion. Any booking fees, cancellation fees charged by Camplify will be passed onto hirer if booking cancelled due to the above not being met.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
