Hiring rules
- Please return the van as you found it.
- No smoking inside
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- Hirer must empty toilet before returning failure to do so will incur a $150.00 cleaning fee.
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Karen 5.0James and Olivia Were wonderful to deal with and the van is very comfortable and very well equipped. Extremely clean and tidy and we very much appreciated having the van delivered and then packed up and James and Olivia were more than happy to accommodate.
