It’s a little cosy home for 1 or a couple. Modern with double bed, TV, antenna, reverse aircond/heater system 2 brand new solar panels 2 x 120W plus 2 brand new 100A x 2 batteries which might last for many days on the road while off the grid 2 of 95L water tanks plus another tank for toilet. Bathroom as nice and spacious like one in a small house, with glass door shower cubicle 2 gas bottles for 3-way fridge, hot water system and cooking. It’s a lovely home while you are away or hook it up at your property as a man cave or a little studio apartment self-contained hotel.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

I am probably amongst the most behaved and good tenants in Adelaide and maybe in Australia. I used to rent a room in a Brisbane shared house from a kind lady during 2019 to 2021. To be right opposite to AVEO Durack nursing home to help my elderly mother who was struggling in there. My landlady is still in contact with me for many reasons including my kindness and genuine as a big part of my life. I respect others because I listen to God the Creator. Please accept me for a short period of time in your Munno Para West home as I have another mission there. Thanks in advance. The above described me as I was applying for a rental myself (for only a few weeks, to fulfil my next mission which is to help a family member in that area).
