PLEASE READ ME! You’ll hopefully find the answers to most of your questions below. PICK-UP - Please allow an hour for the initial handover - Pick up and Drop off between 6am and 6pm most days by appointment We do recommend you arrive at your destination BEFORE it gets dark to setup your campsite. KITCHEN & DINING -Caravan comes fully equipped with pots and pans, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, plates and cutlery. - Gas burner stove and grill, microwave, 12v fridge/freezer Gas/electric hot water SLEEPING & COMFORT - Sleeps 4 with Double bed and 2 bunk beds (ALL beds have separate night lights, 12v fans, and USB ports) - Linen package (comes with protector and bottom sheets) Optional Extra will include DB Quilt, 2 bunk sleeping bags and 4 pillows. - Bath and Beach towels Optional extra CAMPING - Reverse cycle A/C - 24" smart TV/DVD/Free-to-air antenna - 2000watt Inverter - Internal & External Sound System speakers - Outside lighting - Solar panels & 200amp Lithium Battery - Roll out awning - Entry Steps - Outside floor covering - 2 x 9kg gas bottles - 2 x 100 litre water tanks - Outdoor plug socket & TV point - Inside and outside hot and cold shower - Front and back bike racks - Extra USB charging points for all your tech needs - Camp table and camp chairs - Generator (optional extra) CLEANING - No need to worry about the exterior and underneath as I will clean. Vehicle just needs to be returned neat and tidy inside, - Camping equipment such as fridge, gas cooker, pots and pans need to be cleaned (if used) -Don’t worry about the bedding/bottom sheets I will take care of this. - Toilet needs to be emptied and cleaned (if used) or you will incur a cleaning cost. I can help you find the nearest dump point if required. Even if it is minor this helps us get everything fixed or replaced for the next hire. - Thank you for your honesty. To prevent damage please pack away the awning before bad weather or high winds above 20km. Ensure all windows and roof hatches are closed. INSURANCE - Our caravan is comprehensively insured and may be permitted for some off-road use and must be pre-approved in writing via Camplify Messages before the trip begins - Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused by off-road use. - The minimum age to tow our caravan is 25 years, with the standard liability. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? - The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance - Nationwide roadside assistance - 24hour customer helpline - $300.000 emergency accommodation protection - Third party management of bond and transaction fees - The booking fee is not negotiable WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? - The service fee includes use and general maintenance of caravan, electric brake system, towing mirrors, gas for the van, replacement of consumables and cleaning of protector sheets. Also covers External clean of Caravan DOES NOT cover Internal Clean including equipment such as fridge, cooker, pots and pans or the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. - If you do not want to clean internally including equipment, you can opt to pay the $100.00 additional extra. - If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $200.00 additional extra. Alternatively, we are happy to assist with locations of dump points. - If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. GENERAL - No loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard when mobile. - Ensure the extra items loaded in the caravan are distributed evenly. (If you are not sure where to pack things, please ask). - Sheets must be used on the beds - even when using a sleeping bag. (This is to keep the mattress & mattress topper clean). - Please review Camplify's hiring terms and conditions prior to booking. OFF-GRID - Please monitor batteries when off-grid, do not view the Battery State of Charge (SOC %) alone, you must look at the Battery Voltage indicator level and keep above 11.6v at all times. - The fridge draws battery power but is not included in SOC as wired separately.

  A seamless process, from the delivery and set up to the handover and then pick up of the caravan. Julie was great to deal with- very responsive! The caravan itself was excellent, had aircon which was very much needed on hot days in Noosa, equipped with plenty of chairs and has everything inside you would need while camping. Overall a good experience compared to our last experience a few years ago.
