Additional information
If you choose the option to not have the van cleaned, you must return the van in the exact same condition you found it. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $99.00 if the van is dirty inc floors, surfaces, appliances and cupboard items. Please respect our van! For mid-week bookings we typically deliver the van by 4pm and will try our best to deliver earlier for you if we can. We also recommend requesting late check out with reception so you can get the most out of your booking!

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van was excellent really suited us 2 x Adults 2 x Kids would definitely recommend it. Mitch was very helpful and told us that if there was any issues Day or night to ring him and he would come which was very reassuring. Overall a 10/10 experience
