Discover Tasmania's breathtaking landscapes with my van, the Chitrali. Named after the beautiful valley Chitral located in the majestic Himalayan Mountains where I spent most of my Childhood. Chitrali ensures a smooth and reliable drive. Have a look at the lovely reviews by our past happy guests. Located about 25 minutes away from Hobart International airport, Chitrali is well equipped with comfortable king single bed, ample storage for gears and passengers (a driver and two passengers ), new tyres, two people air mattress, tent for 4 people, an esky, water jerry can, camping stove, cutlery, a camping table and camping chairs x2. Will include clean bed sheet, pillows, and doona, Don't worry about taking the van to car wash. I will do the cleaning after you return the van. My wife and I live about 10 minutes walk from MONA museum with great view of MONA and Derwent river. Depending on the availability, you are welcome to stay at our place, if you have early or late night flight (for a small donation that goes to help communities in Chitral), and share some of our traditional dishes. You can also park your car at our place if needed. If I am not working, I can pick you up from the airport or wherever you are in Hobart region. Looking forward to meeting you. Happy Travels. Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The holiday was perfect, the van gave us exactly what we needed. Unfortunately the van had some superficial damage from the last booking, but Ilyas and Shakila were apologetic even though it wasnt their fault and were very helpful and friendly during our trip. Would definitely recommend :)

    We had an amazing time travelling in Chitrali. The van is equipped with all the basics you need and a pretty comfortable bed. The van drives really well for an older van, and is great on fuel. Would hire the van again. Ilyas is great at communicating and flexible with timings. Would book again.

    Ilyas and his van made my solo holiday a breeze. He went above and beyond all expectations. The van has some small, temporary issues but is all functional and safe. Thanks mate.

    I rented Ilyas van for six days and I couldnt be happier with the experience. First of all, Ilyas is a fantastic person super friendly, polite, respectful, and always available whenever I had a question. He explained everything clearly before I left, which made me feel confident and ready for the trip. The van was truly reliable and performed extremely well. It was powerful, smooth to drive, and very spacious inside. I was traveling solo and honestly didnt need anything more everything was well organized and practical. It was genuinely a pleasure to drive. I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who might have doubts or questions before renting. Its truly a great van, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
