Meet Ariel the Little caravan- her ocean vibes will immediately wash over you as you enter the spacious, modernised take on a vintage Franklin. Everything you need for your self catering coastal escape is included, we deliver, set up & pack down for you at a camp site of your choosing in the Agnes Water region. (DELIVER ONLY/NO TOW) All you have to do is get into relax mode. Think lazy afternoons chilling in the shade with a few floor cushions, some tunes playing & a drink in hand. Ariel can adapt to your needs: maybe you have some friends coming to visit & need an extra cabin to accommodate. Maybe you have a themed event or wedding that she'd set off the pics for, or maybe just maybe you are getting around to writing that book & you need bush/beach inspo. Perfect for two*, Ariel has a double bed, an outdoor stove setup, capable kitchen space, pots & pans, plenty of spots to sit & read, play games or put your feet up. There are fans for your comfort & good windows with screens for ventilation. Your holiday snaps will look awesome & you may even make some new friends as nobody can resist taking a closer look at this stunner! *If you have more than 2 people coming you can rent a double swag as well - this is under "Rooftop tent" in optional extras. The dining table does drop down to make a small single for a young child but it is best set up like that all the time. (No linen provided for these)

Ariel has just turned 50 years old! As you will see she has had a bit of work done ;-). We have purposefully not included all the mod-cons as we believe a classic beach holiday should be all about the outdoors. Go & enjoy it! Our passion for the ocean means that we have supplied eco products, glass bottled water to encourage refill, options for recycling, & fundraising through Containers for Change: this supports Ocean Crusaders remove marine debris from our waterways. Please check out Ocean Crusaders on Facebook to see who we fundraise for.

Hiring rules

  • Smoking OK outside away from awning/ mat.
  • The gas stove is for use on the table provided outside of the van.
  • Pets are welcome but please keep them off the seats/ bed & do not
  • leave unsupervised.
  • Longer stay discounts can be discussed on enquiry.
  • Private property locations are OK
  • Awning to be packed away before any strong wind arises
  • You will need to make your own arrangements for a camp site with
  • power & water.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We stayed in Ariel for a week in 1770 and had such a great time! The van was super clean, really comfortable, and had everything we needed. Gemma was lovely to deal withgreat communication and made everything really easy. The handover was clear, thorough, and she had clearly thought of all the finer details, so everything was really well prepared. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again! Thanks again Gemma and Andi!

    We absolutely loved our stay in Ariel - Gemma was a gem of a host, she made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful. The van is lovingly decorated, the bed very comfortable and we truly felt at home. Thank you for a wonderful time with Ariel!

    We had a fabulous time at 1770 in Ariel. Andis handover provided all the necessary information needed to have a problem-free holiday along with offers of assistance at anytime if required. All we had to do was turn up with food and clothes and we were good to go! Gemma and Andi were also very understanding when we accidentally packed their towels on our return home. Couldnt recommend Gemma, Andi and Ariels hospitality more!
