Hiring rules
- Customers are to check in at the campsite reception to receive their park welcome pack and keys.
- Customers staying with CampEasy are expected to follow and adhere to the campsite rules.
- Customers are to leave the CampEasy camper in a clean and tidy condition.
- Terms and Conditions
- Guests are agreeing to these terms and conditions when a booking is confirmed, and payment is made. Any breach of the below shortterm letting terms and conditions, as agreed by both parties, permits CampEasy Pty Ltd to refuse entry, amend the rental fees or immediately terminate the booking made.
- Bookings
- CampEasy Management has a duty of care to CampEasy fleet and its Campsite partners, CampEasy reserves the right to refuse any bookings that are deemed to be inappropriate.
- Staying in a CampEasy Camper
- • No Smoking in or around the CampEasy camper at anytime;
- • Campsite designated smoking areas will be used;
- • No Pets;
- • Return the camper in the same condition as when it was hired;
- • Report all damages no matter how minor you think it is;
- • Bond Penalties apply for any damages and additional cleaning required of the camper;
- • Security bond will be refunded in full when the camper is returned in its’ original and fully cleaned condition at the end of the stay. CampEasy conducts a check out inspection upon guest checkout this inspection will inform the guest as to the status of the Security Bond refund;
- • Any camper, Awning and Annex repair or damage costs will be deducted from the bond.
- Additional Fees and Charges
- In addition to the standard nonrefundable booking fee of $55.00, the following additional charges will apply:
- • $500.00 refundable security bond;
- • Credit card surcharges and cancellation fees apply;
- • Any selected additional amenities, equipment hire and services.
- Staying with CampEasy, failure to comply with any of the guest's fundamental obligations and the terms and conditions of both CampEasy and the Camp Site where the stay is held, may result in immediate termination and eviction. The customer may stay with CampEasy for the agreed booking period, but must follow the campsites Checking IN and Checking OUT processes and timings. Refunds will not be paid on terminated occupancies.
- Deposit, Bond and Booking Fee
- Deposits
- A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of total stay fee (including booking fee, security bond and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. This can be paid via Visa, Mastercard, or direct deposit. AMEX or Dinners is not accepted for payment. Use of credit cards incurs a surcharge charge which is incorporated into rates and displayed at the time of booking. Guests must only provide credit card details for which they are authorised to use and which is in their name.
- Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival unless other payment terms have been agreed by CampEasy management. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Prior to confirming the booking, we will require government issued proof of identity of the primary guest (drivers license or passport), as well as proof of the credit card in the guest’s name.
- Security Bond
- CampEasy security bond amount of $500.00 will be charged on the guests nominated credit card, and will be confirmed on booking. CampEasy do not accept bank transfers or cash for bond payments. Depending on the booking, the funds will either be:
- a) frozen by the guest’s issuing bank for a period of up to 30 working days and automatically released if there are no issues during the stay. Once released, the funds will become available on the guest’s card again, and there will not be a transaction on the credit card statement
- OR
- b) deducted from the guests nominated credit card or bank account upon booking and then repaid within 5 to 10 business days following departure and successful completion of the checkout inspection with no issues found. The time taken to refund the security bond can depend on the credit card issuing bank and any public holidays;
- Booking Fee
- A $55.00 nonrefundable booking fee is applied to all bookings and integrated into the displayed rate online or rate quoted through the reservations team.
- Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations and Date Changes
- If a guest requests to cancel or change the dates of a booking 15 days prior to stay. Cancellations will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee and the nonrefundable $55.00 booking fee. The security bond amount will be refunded.
- If a guest requests to cancel or change the dates of a booking with less than 15 days prior to stay. Cancellations will result in a loss of the total booking amount and nonrefundable booking fee. The security bond amount will be refunded.
- We strongly recommend that guests have travel insurance to cover the event of an unforeseeable cancellation.
- Changes made by CampEasy
- All bookings are made in good faith of ongoing shortterm rental and may be subject to Force Majeure. CampEasy cannot accept responsibility for event outside their control. Reasonable actions will be taken by CampEasy to offer alternative accommodation should this occur. If no alternative accommodation is available a full refund of the amount paid will be paid. CampEasy will not be liable to refund any fees guests may have paid to any third party in connection with their stay, including but not limited to fees for travel, insurance, or activities. Tariffs may change online at any time without notice.
- Number of Persons, Noise, Parties and Functions
- Campers are for guest use only and cannot be sub rented to other third parties. No outside guests are permitted on the campsite premises nor to stay within the CampEasy camper. The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation. Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance and may incur additional fees.
- Excessive noise, parties and functions are not permitted within the campsite as they can cause disruption to other campsite patrons and other holiday makers. If an unauthorized function is held at the camper, the bond processed for the booking will be retained and additional fees to cover the full cost of any repairs will apply.
- If a complaint of excessive noise or antisocial behaviour is received by the campsite manager, the campsite manager will issue a warning to the offending party. Should CampEasy patrons not act accordingly as to the directions and instruction of the campsite manager, the campsite is within their right to request parties leave the campgrounds. In this event, their will be no refund for unused stay periods due to antisocial behaviour this nonnegotiable.
- If required, security will be dispatched to investigate excessive noise complaints and antisocial behaviour this will result in an additional nonnegotiable $450.00 callout charge. If a security callout is required, at any time during a guest’s stay, all guests at the CampEasy camper will be evicted from site by security and the campsite team without refund of the security bond.
- Christmas and New Year Bookings
- If a booking covers both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, the booking must be at least 12 days in length unless prior approval is obtained by CampEasy. Other booking date restrictions may apply as advised by CampEasy Management. New Year’s bookings that commence on 26th December or early January bookings that commence on 1st or 2nd of January must have preapproval from CampEasy Management and will only be approved if suitable in relation to other existing bookings over those peak periods.
- CheckIN and CheckOUT times are issued by the campsite and are different for each site where CampEasy customers can stay with us.
- If there are variations to these times due to campsite management updates. In this event, guests will be advised accordingly.
- CampEasy will try to accommodate requests for early checkin/late checkout however they are subject to availability (i.e. other bookings in place, cleaners available to accommodate the request, maintenance schedule) and fees may apply. Despite any early applications, approval will only be granted 12 days prior to entry/departure if available. Early requests do not guarantee early access/late checkout unless a full day’s rate is paid.
- Guests are required to contact bookings@campeasy.com.au 12 working days prior to the date of the early checkin/late checkout to make final arrangements which will be recorded in the booking details.
- Keys for CampEasy Campers
- Keys are to be collected and return to the Campsite Reception as part of the check in and check out process.
- Where additional equipment is available for rent during a guests stay, CampEasy will have installed a key safe that will be available at the camper. Guests will be provided with details of the key location and/or access codes via email after final payment has been made (and a credit card is on file for bond).
- On departure, all keys are to be returned to the place where they were collected from on arrival; unless instructed otherwise in the guest information folder at the property.
- If guests lose camper keys / remote controls or lock keys, or lock themselves out of the camper and require access, a security callout fee will apply. If replacement keys or remote controls are needed (keys to be cut or purchased, new controllers purchased, key barrels need to be replaced) costs will be calculated accordingly and charged to the guest.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
