The moment you enter our beautifully appointed motorhome you are greeted with an overwhelming sense of space as Luxe Living has a double slide out creating a large dining area. The front cabin is fitted with all the mod cons including built in sat nav, bluetooth, aircon and cruise control. The two front Captains chairs also rotate 360 deg. The house part of the van is packed full of features including the following. * Large 186lt two door fridge/freezer whis is also a 3 way (gas, 240v, 12v). which is great for free camping. *tv 1x32" smart tv * full gas oven with grill and 4 hotplates (3gas.1 elect) * At the back of the van there is a full ensuite with separate shower, * The bedding configuration is a double bed above the cabin a Queen size island main bed and the dining area conversts to a small single bed *There are numerous usb/12v sockets inside and outside the motorhome. *portable gas bbq *We also have a bike rack that we can put on the back of the motorhome. The van is set up for free camping with 2 x 250watt solar panels, 2 x 105 AH house batteries, 150 litre fresh water tank and 100lt waste water tank. *The van also has full privacy screens giving you protection from the sun, wind and rain. *We provide off road parking for your car when you pick up the van from our house. Airport pick up and drop off is available on request only BRISBANE AIRPORT & SUNSHINE COAST AIRPORT : $100.00 each way We provide full linen and towels,( except when taking a dog) If you wish to bring your own linen please let us know Beach towels are NOT provided.. We are also pet friendly (small dogs)so if you wish to take them with you on holidays we ask you provide all your own bed linen and towels.. As we live on Beautiful Bribie Island you can choose to hire the van out and stay in one of our great parks. we will set up and pack up the van for you free of cost. As you are not driving it anywhere the rate is reduced to $150.00 p/n plus the park fees.( local parks only) Minimum 3 day hire School holidays min 5 days hire Flexible pick up and drop off times . We also supply basic pantry needs glad wrap, alfoil,dishwashing supplies, s&p, cooking oil, . We are super flexible and want to make your next holiday the best ever.   A wonderful holiday in Andy & Shans Van! Absolutely everything supplied, nothing to worry about except having a good time. Highly highly recommend.

  Overall, we had a great holiday and found the van to be comfortable, with the A/C working efficiently, which was much appreciated. That said, the van wasn't quite in the same condition as shown in the advert, it felt a little tired and could use some extra attention. There were a few minor issues, like some messiness and a few broken parts here and there, but nothing that couldn't be easily fixed with a bit of time and care. Andy and Shan were easygoing and lovely to deal with. Wed be happy to hire from them again. Thanks!

  Communication was great; support received excellent (handover etc), van is as spacious and well appointed as advertised. Lots of little extra touches such as pantry supplies, camp chairs, air fryer were greatly appreciated (especially the foldable step for this shorty). Only small negative was there was just a tiny little bit more wear and tear than the photos indicate.

  Had a great trip, Van was Very economical, and in great condition, did everything we needed. Laundry provided was a big plus for us as we were travelling from out of state..Andy and Shan very easy to deal with, thanks Guys
