We absolutely loved our time and didnt want to give it back! Leanne is lovely. Highly recommend hiring this motor home! Comes with everything you need and a good amount of storage space. Loved it

Leanne was very obliging and friendly and as an added bonus , personally delivered and picked up the van . Van was extremely easy to drive and very economical.

This can was absolutely excellent and Leanna was the most lovely host. The van was the perfect size for a family to travel in comfort. Leanne included some lovely touches like treats for both the adults and children. Leanne was responsive and understanding and I could not recommend her and the lovely van more.

This was by far one of the most incredible holidays ever. Leanne was an extremely kind and open owner, who went above and beyond with every step of the journey. No question too big or small. There were amazing finishing touches throughout the entire trip. Leanne was wonderful host who couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent trip. Leanne was informative and was excellent to communicate with. Van was in good condition and the extras that come with it like bbq, mats and chairs etc were very helpful. We travelled some distance and the van was easy to drive and fuel efficient. Overall an excellent experience, thanks Leanne!

Leanne's 'KnausHouse' Avan Motorhome Fiat Ducato automatic 6 speed diesel driven vehicle is easy to drive and handle with a very good turning circle. We had no issues with the vehicle. Unfortunately, we did not get the relaxation or maximum benefits from our 2 week holiday break due to our need to contact Leanne to explain concerns and/or seek advice as well repair or fix things in the habitation unit. Issues included... * recorded external awning damage at pre-handover which was an unused amenity as further risk of damage with opening; required constant checks on its movement and security requiring us to reinforce and hold in place with gaffa tape for the hire period * top hinge damage of the internal separation panel between the toilet and vanity/ shower required us to stop twice on journey out of Brisbane to place two lots of reinforcing gaffa tape support to keep wall secure as with travel the stressload was too much on the bottom hinge which if left unsecured would have caused serious internal wall damage. *damage to the top of the runner pull through bathroom door meant the shower was unusable if water outage into the MH van was to be prevented. To allow use after advising Leanne via text we visited 2 trade outlets in Roma to find a temporary solution to be able to shower in the MH. Option did not work so spent some time carefully gaffa taping the runner top of the bathroom door to protect further breakage of plastic strips ready to slowly and gently ease through the top runner for no water ingress to van. Used then 4/5 eve whilst hot water thermostat was functioning. * Fridge issues entire hire period ....day 1 lock catch was loose in door requiring tightening..and more gaffa tape on door to secure closed with sensor beeping all night when discovered owner's temporary fix with the fridge cabinet catch had partially dislodged, falling out. Contacted Leanne to get advice...replaced plastic fix with piece of gaffa tape in cabinet catch and sensorbeeper stopped. * Truma & other systems quickly illustrated in pre-handover for gas heating of van, hot water, electricity, solar & toilet cassette levels. Problem was there were no reference manuals nor written instructions in the MH for trouble shooting. * After a week of hot water we then had no hot water anywhere in the MH for 5-6 days in remote Central Qld following the understood set of Truma system temperature controls. For the last 24 hours of our 14 day hire period we unexpectedly had hot water in the MH when we Truma programmed the van's gas heating thermostat to come on and along with the gas heating came the hot water though we and other expert, experienced van owners could not get when programming the hot water thermostat in the Truma system. * the Electic Q bed has a problematic faulty sensor via remote function causing daily, lengthy delays in getting raised to the ceiling to enable access around the MH. Leanne gave us the remote button reset tip which worked immediately but only on 2 occasions ...10 days this was not so with our average wait/ delay /reworking of the remote buttons averaging 40 mins each morning...the worse morning delayed for 70 mins.. retrying..waiting..retrying. This unreliable functioning Electric bed really tested our patience and our friendship with buddy travellers!! Returning to Brisbane in transit on sealed roads the E bed kept falling down from the ceiling requiring us to stop travel 4x to use remote buttons to send back up to the ceiling. * While Leanne was always contactable via text/ call when in serviceable regions and very quick to respond to our issues there was a need for systems manuals, checklists, written instructions, written tips when looking to trouble shoot as in our case in the RV resort, Carnarvon Gorge vicinity of the remote Central Qld Nat Park..had made all contacts including Leanne there was no mobile or text coverage and unreliable, very limited wifi for our extended time in remote area. No hot water in kitchen & MH could not be troubleshooted with Leanne as no digital service. * Early in hire week 1 repeatedly treated blocked vanity pipe, kitchen sink drain & both shower outlets required clearing with detergent to declog dirt / barriers. Leanne's MH habitation unit as a relatively new, near 3 year old habitation unit is not truly serviceable for regular public hire as some rough users have exacerbated the relatively poor quality, functional finish, & fragility of the functioning of fixed fittings including gaffa taped built in privacy blinds front of cabin, the other window privacy blinds damaged requiring other aids to keep in place , the broken shelving in the fridge, the dysfunctional lock catch, the E bed remote control cord seen worse for wear, now the bathroom internal separation panel and bathroom door reinforced with gaffa tape and the external awning same. The photos and description show a new MH before mistreatment and do not represent the true condition of the MH habitation unit. Understand that COVID has created difficulties for the supply & fitting of parts however, the MH should be described as is before future hirers decide whether to book. Owners should consider downtime between hiring to rectify & return to full use functioning areas of the habitation unit. Suggest Campify needs to provide potential hirers with opportunity to vet and inspect unit before booking system takes effect. We feel our holiday was a very big disappointment filled with anxiety and concern for preventing further damage to the unit while having to experience constant delays, frustrations and inconveniences meaning another holiday in a hire MH will not be considered.
