The Songbird served its purpose as a place to sleep. Unfortunately the description of the bedding was incorrect. Bed 1- is smaller in length and width of a double bed Bed 2- Dining table conversion into a bed would be a short king single, make sure you have take the pole of the table top. Bed 3- Bottom bunk king single Bed 4 - Top bunk extremely skinny single bed The cleanliness of the van was disappointing there were dead bugs and stains on the mattress protectors and sheets left in the van, spider webs and the spiders, dirt and dust on the curtains and water stains on the walls, as well as food grimme on the kitchen utilities. We did not use the power in the van as the plug was very had to connect to. We ended up doing a full clean of the van before heading away. My partner noticed the back tail lights were full of water and not working properly and the tyres were flat and the tread on both tyres cracked and unroadworthy. The van leaked severely above the dining room table and converted bed and the back bunk as well. On our way home the front shutter that does not sit flush was damaged due to the strong cross wind from the storm we drove through. We did everything in our power to secure the van before heading home. Please make sure you check everything on this van before handing away and coming it back.

Great van super easy to tow. We hired the van 3 nights for 2 adults, 1x toddler and 1x baby. Everyone slept well. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Helen.

Great little budget van. Our family of 5 slept really well in it. Very warm with the heater on in the middle of winter and it rained and no leaks (theyve been fixed so ignore previous reviews) will definitely hire again. Great to tow. Thanks Helen

Helen was very helpful to deal with and showed us how to use the van well. The van is listed as being large enough to sleep 5 which in my opinion is a bit of a stretch as you would not get two people on the long single beds. The roof leaked in the heavy rain to the point that two of the beds became very wet and we needed to change the position of sleeping and put down towels. Helen was unaware of the leak

Fantastic caravan for myself and my sons little getaway. Very clean inside and out and had everything we needed. Helen was more than helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely book again.

This was our very first caravan trip, for both the adults and the two toddlers in my family. there are enough room for 4 of us, and was easy to tow despite of our 2.2L AWD vehicle. Everything was provided per the description and Helen's response has been always very timely. Highly recommend!

Van was just the right size for a short trip to Walkerville with myself and my two little daughters. It towed well and was really easy to set up and pack up. Communication was great with the owner.
