The RV is as mentioned in the description. Communicating with Sarah was super easy. Sarah was reachable throughout our journey and was very helpful in getting the bed repaired, a glitch that occurred on our stay. Couldn't recommend more highly as a first time user.

This was our first adventure into the Caravan World and Sarah's pop up Caravan was perfect for what we required. We asked many novice questions and Sarah was more than happy to show us everything and be on call for whatever queries we had.On our 7 week Journey everything worked perfect.The van was well serviced,very clean and had all the utensils/utilities you would need on a camping holiday.Driving the Jayco Swift was easy and due to its size could fit in anywhere,whilst also having great internal space as well. Within 2 days we could set the Camper up fully ready in 15 minutes.Everything was explained and ready to go when we picked it up-full gas bottle and water tank,and the extras such as fan heater and port-a-loo came in handy as well.We thoroughly recommend Sarah,who was friendly ,informative and always available and happy to help out if required,The Jayco Swift van was perfect for our needs. Sarah had gone above and beyond to make sure our first RV trip to be as easy and enjoyable as possible, and it certainly was! The van was pretty much in brand new condition. Everything works as they should be and as what's in the description. We've had a warm, restful, not so much to worry about holiday, largely thank to Sarah's thoughtfulness and her lovely RV! I will whole heartily recommend Sarah's RV to anyone who is looking to hire one.

We loved the Freedom van - brand new with all the bells and whistles (including a fabulous heater). In terms of amenities, Sarah has thought of everything! We dont know that much about vans but Sarah set it all up for us and took us through it all. We found Sarahs communication to be above and beyond and all of our queries were quickly and honestly answered. I could not rate my experience more highly.
