Great van

The van was perfect! It was so easy to drive and it had everything I needed for a week travelling around with my kelpie dog. Its short enough to fit in carparks and tall enough to give my 6foot self plenty of headroom. Kerry was so easy to negotiate with. Ive recommended her to several friends.

One thing to be aware of is the 9am drop back time. You will probably need to pay for an extra day to organise that!

STAY AWAY! You will get little to no help from Kerry in regard to the van, she will walk around the van with you, and this is it! No help on how to set up the bed, no help if you don't know anything about a HiAce van, checking the water, oil, spare tire, etc. She also takes $2000 if you have a debit card or $1000 if you have a credit card which was a surprise, this should be on the booking sign up pages. She not only charges you a service fee (that is on the booking page - no worries), but then also charges you for restocking the van of items that weren't there in the first place such as paper towels, a plastic jug along with a lighter that was out of gas (we had to supply our own). If you hire through this person, make sure you check everything twice or she will try to charge you for the air you breathe. She also tried charging us for a missing piece of the van's windscreen edge mold that had been identified before us which was stated on their checklist (they had actually written *do not charge customer* on it). Kerry had emailed us before we picked up the van and said because we were going interstate that we would be charged an extra $90 for extra insurance (no problems) but when we go to pick the van up, she charges us $100. I think this person should not be allowed to be on camplify as she will give you a bad name.
