I had a great time in Mitch's van. It's a very cosy and spacious setup with everything I needed - kept me cosy during some very wet days as well. Great having a fridge, sink, water and induction cooktop. And some power with solar panels on the roof. The diesel engine does ok if you take it easy, although it is a bit underpowered up any sort of hill. Mitch was great to deal with - thanks Mitch for renting out your van and doing such a great job with the setup!

We really enjoyed our trip, the Van was as explained/described plus more with a few comfort features that just made sense. We had easy communication and relaxed honest vibes. I highly recommend the Space Shuttle!

Our first experience in a van and we are now looking to buy one of our own after such an amazing experience!!! Our trip was made so care free due to all the inclusions, how well the van was set up and equipped, and how easy the pick up and drop off was with Mitch, who is an absolute legend! We even left some belongings behind in the van and Mitch contacted us straight away which was greatly appreciated. 10/10 recommend :)

Great van at a great price, Took the van to the bathurst 12hr enduro for 6 nights, had more then enough solar to run phones/laptops and accessories. The fridge, bbq and sink made camping easier, Mitch was a legend to deal with and answered any questions asked, will hire again!

I don't think I could have asked for more. I hope to hire the van again in future. There is so much space and detail in here to support your trip. Bring a couple of coat hangers, I should have left some, to support your clothing storage. And if you want to elevate your experience then you could even bring some cards or similar to pop on the fold out table that sits under the bed. I think there may have even been a deck on board. If anything I think Mitch has undersold the functionality of this bad ass machine on the website. I need to learn my manual TM driving skills a little better as I had one run in with overheating on the road but the van was equipped with coolant tools and a hose to help get through a pickle. A first aid kit and back up supplies were also available. I don't know if this was just a special treat but I was grateful and managed to make use of almost every item in the van at some point. Mitch was forgiving of my reorganising too but I won't encourage that behaviour for future users. The system was pretty solid. All in all a swell time in the Brindabellas with this baddy. I'll be keen to see who adventures in it between now and my next trip!

I took the van to the snowy mountains for 2 weeks. A must for me is a diesel heater and this one worked a treat. I was never cold inside. It was quite comfy inside but note if there is 2 of you and you are going somewhere cold or its raining, there is only 1 seat in the back to relax in. The roof is a medium hight so I was hunched over when standing(i'm 5'11") but it's high enough to be getting changed etc. The bed was comfy but if you are any taller than me you may struggle to fit if there is 2 of you. if its just 1 person you could sleep diagonal. The apple CarPlay is great and very handy! Now, the van is SLOW!!! Any incline even minor and the van struggles a lot but no issue if you aren't in a hurry. It is pretty thirsty so be ready to put in a lot of diesel. Overall I had a great trip in it, Mitch was easy to deal with and the van did everything I needed. Thanks Mitch and friends for the experience.

I rented the space shuttle with little notice and Mitch was super accomodating and a lifesaver. The van was so easy to drive and everything inside was very accessible with storage in all the right places. The induction stove was a treat. A very comfy holiday in the space shuttle. Can totally recommend

We have nothing but good things to say about the Space Shuttle. A van with soul, that is actually used by its owner (not just an investment). Very thought through and functional. She s an old beauty and wants you to take it slow, and isn't that exactly why we travel? ;) It is the right van for the right people!! And thank you Mitch for everything!
