We had a great road trip in this car and can't fault the car itself. We were disappointed that the only cooking facility was the BBQ we paid extra for, there was no water storage, the tents were full of sand from pickup and we paid extra for bedding but the bedding seemed unclean and consisted of two children's sleeping bags which we couldn't use meaning we had to buy a new one.

The motorhome I originally hired was unavailable due to mechanical issues, but the owner had another one available (Jivin' Jayco I think) which is pretty much the same make/model. I spent 3 weeks on the road and everything went very smoothly. I didn't need to reach out to the owner about any issues for the entire trip. Very comfortable to drive. Everything I needed was available. Privacy screens weren't great to be honest - some suction caps missing and others broken meant that some of the screens didn't stay up too well. Privacy wasn't much of an issue for me at most sites I was on, so I didn't bother with them after the first night. Loved my time on the road. Would hire again.

What an experience to live in a van for a week. This van does have solar power to recharge the battery to keep the fridge running, however if you have anything that requires AC power socket, you need to be connected to a main power supply. Also, make sure you bring tape. The window covers may fall during the night and improvised by sticking painters tape to hold them up. We are hoping to come back to WA and explore again. Communication with everyone has been pleasant. During our trip Aiden responded to every question.

The van itself was comfortable, however there were some issues (a lack of attention to details): - We paid 50$ for linnen. The provided Linnen were stuffed under the bed and was missing a top sheet/incomplete. The pillowcases and bedsheet were stained and smelled very musty/not fresh. When telling the host about this, he first tried to downplay this as normal - after insisting, we were promised to get the 50$ back - we have not heard anything about it since. This also meant we had to spend time out of our vacation schedule to go and buy our own sheets. - TV remote was missing - Toilet cassette is leaking in one of the corners, which made it quite nasty when trying to take it out to empty it

Freshwater tank was filled with bore water so couldn't use it for cooking or drinking. The screen showing how full/empty both tanks were didn't work at all. Neither the freshwater hose nor grey water hose had adaptors. We had no blinds for the back door so had to improvise with a beach towel. Minimum cutlery provided. The van was great and a dream to drive. John's communication skills and customer care are poor. Deal with Danielle, she's great.

The van was great, and nice and clean when we picked it up. Super easy to drive, and came with all the amenities for any escape away in WA. Danielle and John made the pick up and drop off process simple and smooth, and went through the van with us in detail to explain all the bits and pieces to make everything work. No issues at all

We just finished my wife's dreamed roadtrip from perth to Esperance using their campervan and it was absolutely fantastic! The van was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable journey. The handover was smooth, with John and Danielle providing all the necessary information and great communication throughout. Their attention to detail and excellent service made the whole experience hassle-free. We highly recommend booking with them for an unforgettable adventure!
