I have 2 camper vans on hire, Rosie and Lenny. I love traveling both overseas and in Australia. Rosie and Lenny are wonderful as both provides the luxury of being self contained accommodation with all the comforts of home.

Jan was lovely and super easy to deal with. Beautiful van that drives very well and very comfortable. The mechanical lift bed is genius as it stores away up to the ceiling with a push of a button for full use of the kitchen & dining until bedtime! Definitely will be booking Lenny again!

We rented the motorhome/van for 10 days over the end-of-year period and overall had a very good experience. The van is very new, extremely well maintained, and comfortable, making it perfect for those staying at campsites. The only downside is that the van does not charge its batteries while driving, which became an issue if you plan to stay off-grid for longer periods without access to campsites or external power. This is an important detail to be aware of before renting. Aside from that, everything went very smoothly. Ian was always very attentive, helpful, and available whenever we needed assistance, which really made a difference in our experience. We would definitely recommend it, especially for those planning a more structured trip with stays at campsites.

First Timer the experience was fantastic. Jan was really thorough in walking me through everything and reassured me to call her anytime to ask anything which gave me so much piece of mind. The Aircon unit worked beautifully as I had temps in the high 40c and the van was nice and cool. Look forward to doing more trips like this one highly recommend this van

Jan was a great host, great communication and the van is great. It was perfect for me, easy to drive. Love the electric drop down bed, make your bed up and it's ready to sleep in at the push of a button! Definitely recommend hiring! Very comfortable all round.

Handover was general as of my experience so did not need to be extensive, good vision out of van, a dream to drive, no issues with running out of any sources (battery power, water or gas), had many showers over 3 days parked up, had lights going, radio on and no need for 2nd battery solar kept up just fine.

Handover - was extremely light on. (Even tho pre checklist advised otherwise, unfortunately we didnt get a chance to review it within the time frame due to travelling) We hired the van for 8 nights to travel to Mundi Mundi (totally off grid) Day 1 - Id not use stove or shower Day 2 - arrived at caravan park connected to electricity and used their facilities for showering. Day 3 - arrived at Mundi to find all of our fresh food had frozen in the fridge (instructions were very clear not to change settings by the owner) we had to discard this food. We also decided to have our 1st shower - turned the hot water switch on 20mins before we needed a shower ( as advised by the owner) I had approx a 2-3 minute shower as the water turned cold. My friend was unable to shower. We then decided to cook breakfast and could not ignite the gas cooker inside the van. We asked a fellow camper who was very experienced at caravan to come take a look. He advised we had run out of gas. We were supplied a 16kg gas bottle for the trip and the owners advised it was 3/4 full and should be plenty for our trip. The manual provided had a lot of links to videos on how to to use some of the facilities not very helpful for us as we did not have any internet service. Day 4/5/6 - we could not use any facilities in the motor home as we were off grid and locked in to the Mundi arena. Day 7 -we drove home quite disappointed in our trip - we could not get in touch with the owner as we had no reception where we where camped and unable to leave Day 8 - noticed on the van that we must of hit something on our way home that damaged the side mirror - I also sent an email to then owner advising of the problems we faced during our trip, in which she acknowledged and advise she would look into the issues when she returned to inspect the van - she did not respond. Day 9 - received notification of the post checklist completed - asking camplify to intervene on her behalf to resolve the damage issue to the van. No mention of any issues that we encountered or response to my question around compensation around that the van was not fit for purpose for the trip we where going on. Im still waiting on a response and now have to have the matter resolved by camplify when I thought this would have been a simple conversation with the owner to quickly resolve. The owner had also mentioned that the people that hired the van before us had battery issues and shower issues (not draining). I would strongly suggest a long handover and make sure you ask questions around what you do in certain situations if some of the facilities on the van dont seem to work. Especially if you are going off grid.

Had a great time. Van life was great in the snowy mountains.
