The Chonk was certainly adequate for a little road trip however we were disappointed at the level of cleanliness. I wasn't sure the sheets were clean as there was sand on the flat sheet so I quickly made the bed with my own linen. The little freezer could not be used as it was frozen over (I think there may be ice creams buried in there at the back) and the fridge had not been cleaned out. The only other item that had an impact on us was the lack of hose fittings so we couldn't attach the hose to replenish our water supplies. None of these things spoilt our trip. The bed was comfortable although beware the little fairy lights that come on in the middle of the night! Freya and Greg were delightful to deal with and should be proud of their little home on wheels.

We had a great time travelling in the chonk. It is such a comfortable and well set up van with everything you need for a long or short trip. Freya and Greg were really easy to communicate with and understanding. The price is also very reasonable given the quality of the van.

We hired the Chonk for 6 days and went road trippin' along the Great Ocean Road and up to the Grampians. It was our first time in a campervan and we had the absolute best time. Whilst I was a little nervous parking the 19 foot long van, she comes with reverse parking assist and shes pretty easy to drive. Not only has the Chonk been brilliantly built with everything we could possibly need, the bed is super comfy and the decor is gorgeous. Freya and Greg were very responsive and super helpful.  We've fallen a bit in love with the campervan life and couldn't recommend The Chonk enough.

We hired the Chonk to drive the Great Ocean Road - stopping in Port Fairy and Port Campbell. The van was so easy to drive the bed was super comfortable. Everything we needed was there including hot water and air con. We received so many comments about how lovely the van was. Would absolutely recommend! Freya and Greg were really lovely and very responsive. Thanks for an amazing hire!

This van is awesome! First time hiring a van and it did not disappoint. We had a great time, and the van had everything we needed. Freya was great at communicating and explained how to work everything (super easy) Would love to do another trip in the chonk
