Booking Darth Vander through Camplify with Jess and Kane in Newcastle isnt hiring a campervan its enlisting in a galactic mission with better snacks. From the moment we met Kane, it was clear this team wasnt just hosts they were van whisperers. Calm, legends, and so organised I briefly wondered if theyd rehearsed this handover like a NASA launch. Every switch explained, every feature covered, zero stress. Ive had less support buying a phone charger. And the van? Mate. This rig doesnt drive it glides. Smooth, comfy, and set up better than my house. Bed? Elite. Storage? Witchcraft. Everything exactly where you need it, like the Force but for camping gear. We rocked up to camp looking like seasoned road warriors when in reality we usually struggle with a tent that has instructions. Somewhere between the morning coffee out the side door and pretending we were off-grid people while still charging five devices, I realised this wasnt a trip it was a personality upgrade. Jess and Kane have absolutely nailed it. Darth Vander isnt just a camper its a rolling base of operations for legends. Would book again without hesitation, dignity, or checking my calendar first.

The van was easy to tow and so easy to set up, we used it off grid and not having to plug in for power and water was unreal, We would deffinatly hire it again.

We had the best weekend the van was perfect and the handover from Jess and Kane was great. Will definitely be hiring on our next adventure

Darth Vander is super easy to tow and comfortable to sleep in, thanks to plenty of ventilation and a proper queen size mattress. It also has lots of storage space accessible from inside and out, even when the camper isn't set up, which is super handy. Set up is simple and easy. We were surprised that no camp chairs or table were included, since there are no indoor chairs or table, but not an issue for us since we had our own. The gas stove had one burner out and the other seemed a bit slow, but the included induction cook top works great. Couldn't find a kettle which seemed an odd omission.

Very easy to tow, set up and put down. Equiped with everything you need. Kane and Jess were excellent to communicate with.

We had a fantastic experience hiring Jess and Kanes van. Communication was excellent from start to finishclear, friendly, and responsive. The van was spotless, exactly as described, and fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably. You can tell theyve put thought into making it a home on wheels. Wed definitely hire from them again and highly recommend them to others!

Jess and Kane are a great couple and their communication and handover was excellent. Can't fault the van at all. We were 7 days offgrid and had more than enough power, water and gas for our needs. Rooftop mounted solar panels kept the batterys topped up even after just a few hours of sun. Pretty much all the cutlery and cooking utensils you need are supplied along with plates, bowls, frypan and saucepan. Plenty of tupperware containers with things like sugar, flour rice etc and if you like a cup of tea, no joke, there was like 6 different flavour tea bags supplied! Not sure of the size of the fridge in it but it was plenty of room for a family of three. Inside the biggest winner is the queen size mattress which is a proper inner spring mattress that you'd have at home. Super comfy. There are also two bunk beds that are perfect for kids and adequate storage for clothes etc. A nice touch is the supplied first aid kit and snake bite kit which we fortunately didn't need. Being a hybrid pop-top with a wind out awning, setup and pack down are a breeze and can easily be done by one person in a matter of minutes. Way easier than a tent or even a camper trailer. The process will definitely save your marriage lol We're very happy with our hire of Darth Vander and will definitely hire again.

We had a great time and this van was perfect for an our 3 day off grid trip. Kane and Jess fully explained how to set up the van and it was really easy to do

The van was great the only trouble was the weather, we had a bit of wind which made us nervous about the awning and the flapping of the canvas sides, but that is not the vans fault it's just what you get with canvas
